Agreement to Terms

By requesting a rental, placing an order, or using the supertechs3.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, including individuals, businesses, and production companies.

Rental Agreements

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed delivery or pickup date and ends on the agreed return date. Daily rentals are based on a 24-hour period. Weekly and monthly rates are calculated from the delivery date. Extensions must be requested and confirmed in writing before the original end date.

Equipment Condition

All equipment is delivered fully serviced and in working condition. The customer is responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and reporting any pre-existing damage within 24 hours. Unreported damage discovered upon return may be charged to the customer.

Permitted Use

Rental equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with manufacturer guidelines. Equipment may not be subleased, transferred, or used by parties not named in the rental agreement without prior written consent from Supertechs Services.

Return of Equipment

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear. Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rate for each additional day. Supertechs Services reserves the right to retrieve equipment after the agreed return date if not returned.

Payment Terms

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change without notice until a rental agreement is confirmed in writing. Pricing on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Deposits

A security deposit may be required prior to delivery of rental equipment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of quote confirmation. Deposits are refundable upon return of equipment in satisfactory condition, less any applicable charges.

Late Payments

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts overdue by more than 15 days may be subject to a late fee. Supertechs Services reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Liability and Damage

Customer Responsibility

The customer assumes full responsibility for rented equipment from the time of delivery until its return. This includes damage, theft, loss, or destruction, regardless of cause. Customers are strongly encouraged to verify that their production insurance or business insurance covers rented equipment.

Damage Charges

Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged at the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is applicable. Supertechs Services will provide an itemized damage report prior to billing.

Limitation of Liability

Supertechs Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment malfunction, delay in delivery, or any other cause. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant rental.

Delivery and Service Area

Supertechs Services delivers equipment throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and equipment type. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic or other conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery times.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Rentals@supertechs3.com. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

The content on supertechs3.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Supertechs Services and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. The website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on this site.

Submission of the quote request form does not constitute a confirmed rental agreement. All rentals are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Supertechs Services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
