FAQ

How far in advance do I need to book? +

We recommend at least 24–48 hours notice to guarantee your preferred machine and delivery window. That said, we handle next-day requests regularly — just call us directly and we'll do everything we can to make it work.

Is there a minimum rental period? +

Our minimum rental is one full day. For single-day events, the daily rate applies. Weekly and monthly rates kick in at 3+ days and 4+ weeks respectively.

Do you deliver outside Los Angeles? +

Our standard delivery area covers the greater Los Angeles metro, including the Valley, South Bay, and Orange County. For longer distances — including location shoots in the desert or central coast — we can arrange delivery for an additional long-haul fee. Contact us to discuss your location.

What happens if the machine breaks down during my rental? +

Call our 24/7 support line immediately. A technician will troubleshoot remotely first. If the issue can't be resolved within 2 hours, we'll dispatch a replacement machine at no additional charge. We take downtime seriously — it's part of our service guarantee.

Can I extend my rental mid-period? +

Yes. Just contact us before the end of your current rental period. Subject to machine availability, we'll extend at the same rate with no fees. Productions run long — we understand.

Are wireless and network setup included? +

Yes. Our technician will connect the machine to your production network, install drivers on up to three workstations, and confirm test prints from each. If you have a more complex network environment, let us know in advance so we can prepare.
